  • Failed or declined payments may result in delayed or cancelled orders.

5. Warranty Policy

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on parts, starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal use, provided that:

  • The product has not been misused, modified, or improperly installed
  • There is no physical damage, liquid damage, or tampering
  • Damage is not caused by accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

This is our sole warranty responsibility. Any other defects, failures, or damages are the manufacturer’s responsibility.

6. Guest Checkout & Privacy

  • If you purchase as a guest, we use your information only to complete your transaction (payment processing, shipping, and order support).
  • After the order is completed and any legal/accounting obligations are met, no personal data is retained, except for registered accounts.
  • Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store full payment details.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions.
  • All warranties, guarantees, or product performance issues are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer, except for the limited one-year parts warranty provided by UKAAZ Security Solutions.
  • By purchasing or using our products, you acknowledge and agree that UKAAZ Security Solutions disclaims all other liability, and that any defects, failures, or damages arising from the product are the responsibility of the manufacturer.

In short: The manufacturer guarantees the product. Any system failure, detection failure, or damage caused by the product is not our responsibility.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy. UKAAZ Security Solutions makes no other guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of any product or service.
